Can I register a company in Estonia as a non-resident?
Yes. You can register an Estonian OÜ (private limited company) remotely with an Estonian e-Residency card, in person during a visit to Estonia, or by proxy — we handle the full process on your behalf without your physical presence.
What is Estonian e-Residency?
Estonian e-Residency is a digital identity that lets non-residents register and run an Estonian company, sign documents digitally, manage banking and file taxes online. It does not give the right to live in or enter Estonia.
Do you help with the e-Residency application?
Yes. We prepare and submit e-Residency applications and set up and manage your Estonian company once the card is issued.
Who needs an Estonian residence permit?
Non-EU nationals need a temporary residence permit from the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board, usually issued for one to five years — for example for family, marriage, employment, business or studies. EU citizens can establish residency by registering a place of residence.
Can you provide a registered address and a VAT number?
Yes. We provide a virtual office with a legal registered address in Tallinn, including mail handling and forwarding, and help you apply for VAT payer status with the Estonian Tax and Customs Board.
Do you offer accounting for Estonian companies?
